The CONTACT Urban is our first urban tyre available in a size specifically designed for Brompton bicycles. It is also compatible with E-bikes and helps improve battery life through low rolling resistance. The new SafetyPro breaker, made from cross-woven nylon textile, is both robust and flexible, providing maximum puncture protection with minimal added weight. The risk of punctures from glass or sharp stones is greatly reduced. SafetyPro ranks above the lightweight SafetySystem (level 4) and rubber EXTRA puncture belt (level 5) in Continental’s puncture protection grading system.
