As Power2Cycle continues to expand, we’re looking for a Bicycle Preparation & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in Harleston. You don’t need to be an experienced bicycle technician to apply—we’re primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

In this hands-on supporting role, you’ll be a vital part of our warehouse and technical team. You’ll help prepare bicycles to the highest standard, ensuring customer orders move smoothly from unboxing and initial assembly to final packaging and dispatch. Every bike leaving our warehouse needs to arrive safely and immaculately presented, and you’ll play a key part in making that happen!

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Bike Prep & Assembly: Pick, unbox, check, and complete initial partial assembly on bicycles before passing them to qualified technicians for full safety checks 🚲

  • Packing & Dispatch: Carefully polish, protect, label, and securely re-box inspected bikes for nationwide delivery, ensuring zero transit damage 📦

  • Stock & Logistics: Unload supplier deliveries, inspect incoming stock, organize warehouse inventory, and load customer orders onto transport vehicles 🚚

  • Operational Support: Wash customer/warranty bikes, maintain company vehicles, and operate forklift equipment (training provided) 🚜

  • Warehouse Care: Keep preparation areas clean, safe, organized, and recycle packaging responsibly 🧽

  • Teamwork: Work closely alongside technicians and warehouse colleagues to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time 🤝
