Employer Authorisation – Your employer will review and authorise the order.

Vivup Places the Order – Vivup then officially orders your bike directly from us via email.

Payment & Collection – Once Vivup pays us via BACS, you’ll be able to collect your new bike from our store—just bring your ID!
Note: Vivup does not use a voucher system, keeping things simple and seamless from start to finish.
